Research On Financial Informationization Management System Of Multi-Industry Corporations

With development of economy globalization and infromationization, diversified structure adjustment and strategy transformation in businesses of large modern enterprises has been motivating enterprises to expand into different industries, and financial informationization thus becomes an inevitable choice that enterprises are going to make so as to promote their market competitiveness. As for financial management, which is the core of enterprise management, traditional accounting computerization can hardly satisfy financial informationization needs of modern multi-industry corporations now, while financial informationization management enables mutual integration between production businesses of enterprises in the same industry and further realizes integrated management, resource allocation and information exchange, which will result in a reliable guarantee that enables enterprises to occupy a favorable position in fierce market competition. Corporation financial informationization refers to introducing information technology into financial management model and further improves progress of deepening and expansion of financial management; informationization may significantly improve timeliness of information, which is favorable for authorities of corporations to collect relevant information about branches in different industries, and has constituted foundation for a standardized, efficient and advanced information network system for corporation financial management that will improve corporation’s ability of management and risk resisting. As integrated analysis, assessment and decision making on financial status, operation performance and cash flow amount of corporations become available, decision ability of corporation authorities in strategy development for different industries is also promoted. On the basis of background information above, the paper sets out an analysis on issues in present accounting computerization development as well as causes for such issues with help from results of associated domestic and foreign financial informationization researches, and integration of theories, applications of traditional accounting computerization development and present application status of corporation financial informationization. By taking contents of financial informationization reform of BLY group as example, the paper also proposes comments about the existing problems as well as corresponding solutions about financial informationization management of BLY group by developing standardized group financial informaitonization management system. Analysis and assessment on actual implementation performance indicate that, it is of great importance to implement financial informationization under management and control mode of multi-industry companies, and develop and manage financial informationization in multi-industry corporations so as to accommodate enterprise industry structure transformation and multi-industry strategy transformation, as well as promote authorities’ ability of planning strategies about development of different industry areas.
