The Development Model Of Low Carbon Economic Under The Perspective Of Major Function Zones In Jiangxi Province

Since the industrial revolution, excessive consumption of fossil fuels leads toincreasing worldwide greenhouse gas emissions, the resulting global warming, risingsea levels, natural disasters, etc., brings the serious threat to human life and propertysafety. Therefore, how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build a low carboneconomy development mode has become a global focus and hot spot. As a responsiblebig country,our country is one of the world’s leading emitter of carbon, and China’sleaders at the UN climate change summit made it clear to vigorously developlow-carbon economy. In order to build efficient, harmonious and sustainable betterhomes, according to the resources and environment carrying capacity of differentareas and development potential and so on factors, Jiangxi province determines thedifferent areas of the body function, and promotes the formation of developmentpriority zones. In this background, our province is bound to choose a newdevelopment model in order to achieve the target of development priority zones.In this paper,firstly, from the perspective of development priority zones, with alow carbon economy development model as the research object, the author expoundsthe related concepts and theories, on the basis of building a low carbon economydevelopment maturity model.Then this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the low carbon development maturity of the weight of eachevaluation index assessment of low carbon economic development level in Jiangxiprovince.Finally, according to the difference of low carbon economy developmentcondition of the different areas of the body function,the paper puts forward thecorresponding low carbon economic development model and implementationapproach.Thesis is divided into six chapters.The introduction part mainly includes theselected topic background, research significance, research contents, research methods,research the technology roadmap and the innovation points, as well as the studies bothat home and abroad; The second chapter reviews the low carbon economy relatedconcepts and theories, for below low carbon development maturity model buildingand putting forward the theory basis of low carbon economic development model;The third,fourth and fifth chapters are the main parts of the paper;It, on the review of the related theory above, builds a low carbon economy development maturity modeland makes an empirical analysis of low carbon economic development level inJiangxi province, and then based on the construction of development priority zones inJiangxi province,it comes up with low carbon economy development mode andpractical way; The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect;This chapter summarizesthe conclusions of this study, and puts forward the research deficiency and the futureresearch direction.
