State-owned enterprises are the hotspots and important areas of economic system under our socialist system. Especially, the problems of income distribution is a most outstanding one in this area. We can get some significant ideas from those researches in our theoretical circle, that is, deepen the income distribution system reform of state-owned enterprise and expand reform thoughts and vision is so critical. And innovating state-owned enterprise reform of the income distribution system is the right solution of state-owned enterprise.Under the socialist market-oriented economic system, state-owned enterprises are the subject of market competition, and are responsible for their own management decisions, profits and losses, self-development and self-discipline. Then they begin to have their own business objectives. This object investigate the goal of socialist production from the angle of enterprises’ micro economic activity. That is through constantly upgrade the economic efficiency to improve the benefit of multi-level joint laborer. Means national interest enterprise interest and the staff benefit.This paper explores the problems in the reform of income distribution system comprehensively and systematically through the study of China’s state-owned enterprises, which is based on the principle distribution theory of Marxism. And this paper pay more attention on the main cause of these problems and offers solutions for them, which is of great value to build fair income distribution system of the state-owned enterprises, establish modern enterprise system to adapt to the wage income distribution system, narrow the income gap, and realizing common prosperity as well.
