| As the world’s iron and steel trade level gradually become saturated state, in the face of situation that Chinese steel is in high production for many years, the foreign trade and environment of Chinese steel is increasingly serious, exports and domestic sales cann’t offer a way of Chinese steel industry, Chinese enterprises start to grope the other carriage investment to stimulate the growth of steel industry, there is no doubt that to solve Chinese current severe international trade environment and the domestic steel industry overcapacity. Chinese enterprises in the iron and steel foreign investment is still in its infancy, without too much foreign investment experience, most Chinese enterprises cann’t rashly go on. But with the ASEAN countries Indonesia have vigorously attracted more foreign capital in recent years, not only the Indonesian iron and steel market has great attraction, the Indonesian government also make related domestic steel market development target and policy, at the same time some Asian countries have entered the Indonesian iron and steel market, for Chinese enterprises both geographical advantages and risk prevention strategies on the reference is a great opportunity. So Chinese companies invest in Indonesian iron and steel industry is not only the road of sustainable development of China enterprises, but also is the inevitable choice. But Chinese companies still has certain risk when they are on the way to Indonesian iron and steel industry investment, strategies of preventing those risks is particularly important.At first, this paper quantitatively analyzes the development situation of China and Indonesia steel trade and investment, from the side highlight there is a certain space that China invest in Indonesian iron and steel industry, further from the perspective of macro and micro, researches the feasibility of Chinese enterprises invest in Indonesian iron and steel industry, mainly analyzes the policy system of China and Indonesia and the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats that Chinese enterprises invest in Indonesian iron and steel industry, Then sum up the specific implementation of Chinese steel industry shift to Indonesia, groundwork for the integration of the following risks and strategies; Finally, first generalizing the investment risks that Chinese enterprises invest in the Indonesian iron and steel industry, then combining cases analysis, in view of the risks of the cases studies strategies, and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three strategies in the cases, to provide important reference value for following Chinese enterprises enter the Indonesian iron and steel industry. |
