The Evolution And Prospect Of Rural Economic Organization After Reform And Open Up

Since the reform and opening up, with the development of commodity economy, great changes have taken place in rural economic organizations. Introducing market mechanism further expands the scale of rural production and exchange and the rural market also put forward higher requirements on organizational resources. Agriculture is the industry of keeping life stable. With deepening of reform and opening up, it plays an increasingly important role in the orderly development of rural economic organization and in stimulating internal impetus of rural market economy.With the reform of people’s commune system, the implementation of the household contract responsibility system provides a broader space for the development of rural economy. The farmers’demands has gradually advanced from low level cooperation in food and clothing to high level of commodity manufacturing and accessing to the market. Therefore, we need to understand the development and evolution of rural economic organization with the purpose of throw light on the guidance accordingly based on the development of rural economic organization.This paper consists of the following five parts and the layout is listed as follows:The introduction part mainly introduces the research background, significance of thesis, the definition of some concepts and briefly states the research methods.The first part analyzes the historical and social conditions of rural economic organization after the implementing of reform and opening up and presents the internal and external conditions that promote the evolution of the rural economy organization from an objective perspective.The second part expounds the development and changes of the rural economy in the early days of economic reform, including people’s communes quit the stage officially; the emergence of production responsibility system with the characteristics of household contract system; the reestablishment of the rural economy organization; the transition of the supply and marketing cooperatives and rural credit cooperatives in the new period.The third part introduces the development trend of diversification of rural economic organization in the early mid80’s to90’s of the twentieth Century. On the basis of the normalized development of rural economy organization, cooperative economy organization and the township enterprises have achieved certain development. The interaction between economic organizations also promotes the healthy development of the economy.The fourth part summarizes the development of different economic organizations in the late period of1990s. The development of specialized cooperative economic organizations meets the special needs of farmers. After the adjustment period of the township enterprises achieved restorative development; community cooperative economy organization also began a new exploration of effective forms.The fifth part focuses on the evolution rules of rural economy organization since the implement of the reform and opening up and further analyzes the trend of rural economy organization with an increasingly escalate of in the industrialization and specialization.
