ABSTRACT:The catering industry is an important part of today’s social environment climate of the tertiary industry is to expand domestic demand and stimulate the economy out of recession in the pillar industry, the restaurant industry is an important part of the tourism industry. Whether the economy is active, the market is prosperous, or the people is rich, is judged by the development of food and beverage industry. The development level of food industry in a sense becomes a barometer of the economy. Therefore, the development strategy of catering industry has become a hot topic in recent years within the industry. Enterprise marketing strategy is based on their own situation, for business to make long term planning for sustainable development, to the enterprise a clear development direction.In this paper,"H Restaurant Marketing Strategy" is an important research topic. We will try to study H Restaurant to develop a guide on how to enlarge and strengthen the long term business marketing strategy. After investigating and analyzing basic situation of H restaurant, the enterprise’s development problems are identified, such as the operation strategy is not clarified, the product strategy is not clear, the lack of reasonable talent development strategy, etc. Combined with internal and external environment, and work out for the company’s overall development ideas:A chain management, industrial development, adhere to product quality, brand and culture of the main line, talent development strategy for the vice line; and the strategy can be implemented specific programs to develop a series of measures:A company building their core competitiveness, innovation and human resources management and organizational management. Finally, H restaurant’s marketing strategy to ensure sustainable development, the paper also made the implementation the design process and evaluation of the relevant security measures, full participation in the development of corporate marketing strategy and improve the culture.This study is a model to specific business development strategy, future operations of the H restaurant and the development of practical guidance, but also provide a reference and guidance for the same industry-related companies.
