The automobile market has prominent timeliness and the vehicle homologation is the immediate previous process of market launch, the reduction of homologation duration will pull ahead the commercial launch, this is critical to the vehicle manufacturer in market occupation. Regarding the homologation project has several outstanding features, to fully utilize these features and optimize the allocation of these resources, this paper proposes an approach on program scheduling by referring the ideology of Job-shop Sequencing and based on the characteristics of vehicle homologation program, by using the applicable Heuristic Algorithm to obtain the program activities sequence to reduce the negative effects of resource confliction and ensure the allocation of resource serves the program objectives, which normally includes minimization of the program total duration, reduction of tasks Mean Flow Time and the number of tardiness, etc. so as to avoid the blindness and randomness on activities scheduling. Further this paper sum up the applicable methods for different type of homologation program, especially for program which has a long process and with multi-processors, an approach which combines WBS and Smallest Coefficient Sequencing is suggested to pursue a better result.
