At present, the real estate development enterprises in Laos is in a continuously rapid development period of the emergence of new opportunities. Along with market competition intensifying, government departments for the continuous improvement of the real estate market, real estate development enterprise employees themselves in competition constantly choice, which creates a staff turnover relatively frequent phenomenon. The survey found that the real estate staff turnover is higher position for more technical and management positions. Lead to the loss of real estate development enterprise technical staff in addition to personal factors, also has something to do with real estate development enterprise itself. A lot of real estate development enterprises in order to gain a foothold in the market as soon as possible and catch up with peers, make brand developers, at all costs from other companies pay. Though from a macro sense, the flow of the technical staff to make good spreading, rich industry experience, leading to the development of the industry, but from the point of view of individual enterprises, the loss of technical staff can cause a certain loss to the company internal. Technical staff turnover has become a more pressing problem. Real estate development enterprises in Laos.Based on the reading of vast amount of literature on the basis of the further study of the theory of personnel loss, through to the related literature, from the present condition of Laos, in combination with technical personnel loss situation, real estate development enterprises in Laos to Laos the influence factors of real estate development enterprises technical personnel loss is divided into external factors and internal factors and personal factors, and extracted the three factors of the variables that affect a total of22items. Survey design, this article USES the typical likert scale, chose the Laos dozen real estate development company’s main line technician represented as investigation object, and the extract of22impact variables for real estate development enterprises in Laos intend to research the influence of technical personnel loss. Using SPSS statistical software to data processing of recycling questionnaire, through the loss factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods to test each influence factors on the effect of factors on the influence degree of the technical personnel loss, research conclusions:1. The Laos opportunities of China’s accession to wto, state policies, regional economic development, industry development opportunities is the main enterprise external loss reason affecting the technical personnel loss, including Laos opportunities of China’s accession to wto is one of the biggest loss factor;2. Working environment, training, compensation and benefits, promotion, enterprise scale, enterprise development, enterprise culture, interpersonal relationship is the main enterprise internal loss reason affecting the technical personnel loss, the loss of the promotion is the largest factor;3. The family life, travel frequency, personal character, personal values, expectations, the degree of match, respected degree of variable is the main loss of personal factors affecting the technical personnel loss, respected degree of motivation is one of the biggest loss. Finally, combined with the regression analysis results, the technical personnel loss most affected the loss of two factors put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and Laos technical personnel loss situation put forward the suggestion that establish an early warning system for the technical personnel loss.
