A Study On The Effects Of Financial Development On Export Trade In Guangxi

First of all, analysis of financial and export trade development of Guangxi, and its horizontal analysis, combined with the mechanism of financial development on trade, study the subject in depth of impact of financial development on export trade of Guangxi by model analysis.Firstly, review the theoretical and empirical researches on relations between finance and trade, and summarize that finance makes a notable impact on trade. Secondly, elaborate financial theory which associated with the development of trade and mechanism. Then analyze separately the impact of the financial scale, financial efficiency and financial structure on export trade of Guangxi, and analyze the problems of financial and export trade development. At the same time, comparative analysis of financial and export trade development of Guangxi with western regions of China to judge whether Guangxi belongs to imperfect financial market and under developed area or nor. Furthermore, based on VAR model and sample data from1985to2012to analyze the effects of financial development on export trade in Guangxi. The results show that financial development of Guangxi makes a long-term balance impact on export scale and structure. The result is divided into two parts. On one hand, the impact of the financial scale on export scale is relatively strong. Negative in the short term and positive in the long term, and long-term effects as the main direction of development. In addition to its own export scale, the main contribution of export scale is from the financial scale. One the other hand, the reaction of the financial efficiency on export structure is relatively strong, short-term negative and slowly weakening. In addition to the contribution of its own export structure, the contribution of export structure is mainly from the financial efficiency. Finally, combined the status analysis of financial and trade development of Guangxi, the results of comparison and empirical analysis, and then put forward some financial countermeasures which suited to the export trade development of Guangxi.
