The Development Study Of Industrialization Of Agricultural Management In Changshu

Industrialization of agricultural management following the household contract system in rural areas was another innovation system in China. The essence was interests community of multi-market agriculture subject. The system was making the potential gains to be realized by the profit distribution mechanism of risk-sharing and benefit-sharing", with contract as the link. Researching on the industrialization of agricultural management played a major role on promoting agricultural marketization, improving agricultural specialization and scale of operations, promoting agricultural restructuring, achieving technological advances in agriculture, increasing farmers’ incomes.In this paper, Changshu was chosen as the study area. The article research and analyse Changshu agricultural industrialization operating conditions by SWOT analysis and propose the corresponding strategic measures for the development of Changshu agricultural industrialization. We can get the following conclusion by analyzing the existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges.(1) Changshu agricultural industrialization has the advantages:Natural resource endowments have obvious advantages, rich in agricultural resources, high per capita net income of farmers, leading industry regionalization has obvious advantages, prominent features of agricultural products, significant economic benefits of agricultural industrialization for part of the township, good prospects of leisure agriculture, rapid development of green and organic agriculture, focusing on investment in research and technology, significant effects of leading enterprises.(2) Changshu agricultural industrialization has the disadvantages:fewer species of crops, single channel to sale agricultural products, lack support for agricultural technology from the government, fewer independent intellectual property brand-name products, uneven development of leading enterprises, agricultural products processing enterprises have little effect on local agricultural industrialization, low efficiency industry chain.(3) Changshu agricultural industrialization has the opportunities:comprehensively promote the integration of urban and rural, sound policy support of the municipal government, changes in the structure of household consumption. The main challenge is fierce market competition of agricultural products.Based on SWOT analysis and the problems of Changshu, the artical proposes the following strategic measures:strengthen policy support for professional farmers, the leading enterprises increase more effect on farmers, Increase investment in R&D and technology, encourage innovation and independent intellectual property brand building, expand agricultural products sales channels of leading enterprises. As Changshu has a representative, so these proposed measures will not only facilitate the further development of modern agriculture in Changshu, it also provide a reference for the development of agricultural industrialization throughout Jiangsu province.
