Affordable Housing Problem Research Of Yanbian Promoting

As our government continues to attach importance to the livelihood issues, affordable housing is increasingly aroused attention. In2011, the national construction of affordable housing task reached15million units, and it was the most number in affordable housing history. Low-rent housing and affordable housing has solved many families’ housing problem, and it has played a positive role in the suppression of China’s commercial housing prices soaring. Under the guidance of the national macro-policy, provincial and municipal has made its own characteristics in housing security. As one of the northeast old industrial base in Jilin Province, it has taken to the lead. This article is based on the Operation Status of Yanbian State of affordable housing, supported by fair the efficiency theory, the theory of state intervention, a moderate level of social security theory, and the system engineering theory. This article also learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries and some provinces and cities in China. This article analyses affordable housing status, characteristics, concepts and prospects and draws various suggestions for building a more scientific and reasonable affordable housing system and a mature operating mechanism.By the above exposition, summarized and analyzed, the government wish to improve the affordable housing system in the12th Five Year Plan to finish36million units of affordable housing mission planning within five years.
