In china,"three rural issues "has been a major task for National People’s livelihood, from the year of2004-2014, the annually central document NO.1always runs through a purpose, that about in the background of the integration of urban and rural areas, every places do a good job in agriculture and rural areas, The18th Chinese communist party congress pointed out that agricultural industrialization is the realistic choice and reliable strength to promote and realize the integration of urban and rural areas, so in recent years the development of agricultural industrialization is highly valued by the Party Central committee. As largest state-owned farms in China, the Heilongjiang reclamation area is richly endowed by the natural environment, created the prerequisite for the practice of national policy in the development of agricultural industrialization. Heilongjiang reclamation area has decided to develop the agricultural industrialization of since1995, through the reform of it for many years, Heilongjiang reclamation area has achieved certain results, the infrastructure construction of agricultural industrialization is continuously elevated, the leading companies is continuously expanded, benefit coupling mechanism is formed basically, the competitiveness of the agricultural products is continuously upgrade. But with the process of agricultural industrialization, the problem of credit funds are not enough is apparent increasingly, the main reason is that the development of credit in financial markets lagged behind the development of agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang reclamation area. So it has the practical and theoretical significance to study on the credit support for agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang reclamation area.This paper based on the summary of the domestic and foreign research literature. Firstly, introduced the concept of credit support and agricultural industries and discussed the theory of credit support agricultural industrialization. Secondly, introduced the current situation of agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang reclamation area, and from the two aspects of total amount of loans and credit support agricultural industrialization to analyze the current situation of credit support agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang reclamation area, so as to find out the problem in Heilongjiang reclamation area, that about credit support is restrained, credit supply system is not perfect, credit examination and approval system lagged behind the development of credit products and services. Then this paper based on the theory to do an empirical research concerning credit support agricultural industrialization in Heilongjiang reclamation area. This paper selected2003-2012ten years data of Heilongjiang reclamation area to do a Longitudinal analysis, using the method of factor analysis to analyze the agricultural industrialization, calculating the score and establishing the linear regression model with credit support index, finally obtained the conclusion of agriculture industrialization and credit support is closely related to in Heilongjiang reclamation area and pointed out the main direction about credit support agriculture industrialization, that about we should focus on support agricultural mechanization and agricultural production scale and enhance the efficiency of agricultural production to expand the credit support for agricultural industrialization. Then this paper draw on the experience of credit support agricultural industrialization in other provinces and cities, summing up the implications in Heilongjiang reclamation area. At last, on the basis of above study, from the angle of supply to put forward to the concrete proposals about credit support agricultural industrialization in the Heilongjiang reclamation, that about strengthening policy guidance of rural credit support, improving the diversification of rural credit supply system, speeding up the innovation of credit examination and approval management system, promoting the reform of credit products and services.
