Research On The Financial Support For Agricultural Industrialization In Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

The issues concerning agriculture, the country and the peasants are of vital importance tothe nation’s economy and the people’s livelihood. In recent years, the Party Central Committeehas put out a series of "Central Document NO.1" to accelerate agriculture.Following thehousehold contract responsibility system, as a new pattern of production and operation,agricultural industrialization incarnates the combination of new productivity and productiverelations.Reclamation Area in Heilongjiang Province has a favourable natural and socialenvironment.Reclamation Area has advantaged conditions of developing agriculturalindustrialization.Under the condition of socialist market economy,the specific gravity of fiscalfund for assisting agriculture is running down.so financial backing must be sought in financialmarkets.Currently,there are many problems in the financial market of Heilongjiangreclamation Area, such as inadequate credit input,lack of financial innovation,inadequateinsurance mechanism,etc. It’s not provide adequate support for development of agriculturalindustrialization. Thus, it is necessary to research the situation about financial support foragricultural industrialization development in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area, and explore therealizations to develop agricultural industrialization.This paper firstly defined the connotations of agricultural industrialization and financialsupport and discusses the theories using in the thesis. Then the paper introduced HeilongjiangReclamation Area and the situations about developing agricultural industrialization.Select theindicators.To select the indicators showing the level of agricultural industrialization andfinancial support for agriculture,we can analysis the relevance between them.Using statisticalsoftware SPSS13.0,we can explore the conclusion that they are closely related in reclamationarea.At the same time we should grasp the current situation about financial support inreclamation area, to analyze the reasons from supply and find out existing problems.Thisstudy also used questionnaires to survey the financial demands for the participants whomainly participate in agricultural industrialization.And we can analyze the reasons whyfinancial demands are difficult to meet,find out the problems combining with financial supplyand demand.At last, we can put forward recommendations,such as to speed up financialinnovation and improve the service,improve the agricultural insurance system in reclamationarea,strengthen coordination between financial policies with other policies,etc..
