Credit Support In The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization In Liangshan,Sichuan

China is a major agricultural country,“the three rural issues” is very important,and also is the hot spot of society focused by Chinese Communist Party and Chinese government.Financial support is an important guarantee for the government to play an important role in promoting the construction of rural economy.The credit support is an important component of the government.It is of great significance for the promotion of agricultural production,operation and service integration,the development and improvement of rural economic level,the promotion of farmers’ income and the construction.In this paper,we analyze the background,purpose and significance of this study,and then got comprehensive analysis of the related research status at home and abroad,which was as a theoretical basis for research.Furthermore,the paper analyzes how to promote the credit support of rural finance industry,and analyzes the defects in the credit support of the rural industrialization construction and banking industry in Liangshan.Using adopt comparative reference method,the relevant experience and achievements at home and abroad,the latest credit support policy and methods,the status of industry development and the actual credit support in Liangshan prefecture was performed;finally,a several related suggestions how to promote the healthy development of agricultural industrialization to provide enough credit funds to support are put forward.The results of this study show that Liangshan yi autonomous prefecture has a vast territory,unique natural geographical conditions,abundant natural resources,diverse soil and climate,and rich biodiversity.The national economy,transportation and tourism in Liangshan have developed rapidly in recent years.The natural condition of agricultural industrialization Liangshan prefecture is very superior,in addition to the four main food crops,include rice,wheat,corn and potatoes and so on,there are many unique and rich resources,local characteristic crops include mountain vegetables,buckwheat,walnut,cocoon and mulberry,olives,Chinese peper existing in Liangshan.Meanwhile,the breeding in Liangshan is very typical;the local pig,cattle,sheep and chicken industry is very developed,which has promoted the development of agricultural industrialization enterprises in Liangshan.Up to 2016,there are about 201 key leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Liangshan,and the management modes includes "company + association + farmer","company + base + farmers","association + marketing organization + farmer" and so on were formed.The main deficiencies in the credit support of agriculture industrialization in Liangshan include the development of agricultural industrialization was slow and the credit support was insufficient;the supporting system of agricultural industrialization credit has not been established completely.Hence,we proposed the following credit support suggestions for agricultural industrialization in Liangshan: to strengthen and improve the agricultural industrialization system,to deepen the reform of the financial system,improve the credit support system,and to promote rural financial and rural economic cooperation.These measures combined with the current situation of agricultural industrialization development and credit support in Liangshan closely,which can be used as reference for the development of agriculture industrialization in Liangshan.
