With the development "economy globalization" in the world, China’s market economic system has become more perfect, our enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.Companies pay more attention on how to make theier enterprise organizational structure and corporate governance more standardized and scientific and more focus on corporate strategy and vision for sustainable development.In order to achieve the strategic development of enterprises,finish duties to shareholders,implete the objectives of maximizing enterprise value,enterprises must seek change in the development model,management systems and competition on product,and find effective way to continue to explore and study how to implement scientific management and sustainable development, as a basic content management and enterprise premise role in business management, performance evaluation can not be overlooked.Outstanding scientific performance evaluation system is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. With the rapid development of information technology, and unceasing innovation of social economy, companies began to pay particular attention to performance management, hoping to establish a scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation system, so that they can effectively and accurately evalue the performance of each department, each level and each employee within the enterprise to ensure the smooth implementation of business management and strategic plan.In this context,as a livestock enterprises seeking to develop,in order to adapt to the rapid development of the economic environment, to maintain and improve their competitive advantage and achieve goals and maximize enterprise value of the business strategy development,C Company began to actively explore a more scientifically sound system of performance evaluation system.This paper, based on the situation, analysis C’s strategic objectives and the current performance evaluation system for anatomical analysis, use more advanced Balanced Scorecard to develop C’s strategic performance evaluation system.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction, this paper introduces the research background, significance, domestic status as well as innovative research methods and lack of this paper;The second chapter is an overview of the theory of BSC, BSC focuses on theory, focusing on the content of the Balanced Scorecard, balanced and relevant indicators applicable conditions between BSC:The third chapter introduces the C Company, C Company Profile, current performance evaluation methods to identify their problems and then focus on analyzing the feasibility and necessity of C Company introduced the Balanced Scorecard;The fourth chapter is to build a C corporation performance evaluation system, by dissecting C company’s strategic objectives, build strategic map, and then select the four dimensions of performance evaluation indicators and AHP to determine the weight of each index is calculated weights;The fifth chapter is the implementation of C Company BSC performance evaluation system, introduced to implement steps to safeguard measures and the expected results;The sixth chapter describes the use of C Company BSC revelation Performance Evaluation System.This paper presents a class of livestock production and marketing enterprises to implement the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system ideas, methods and recommendations,C Company of the preliminary design for the programs on the Balanced Scorecard Performance Evaluation System.However, because the program can eventually be applied to C Company pending assessment, coupled with the company’s exploration is in the initial design concept, it is inevitable that the wrong place, just hope that through my research, to provide domestic livestock class production and marketing enterprises provide some inspiration and reference in terms of strategic performance evaluation system reform.
