Research On The Development Of County Economy Park

China is in the phase of industrialization and urbanization.The economic constraintsand environmental constraints resulting from blind development of energy resources arebecome increasingly evident. The development of the industral park is the largest projectsthat benefit the Hanting District, the largest development plan, the largest infrastructure,and development platform. There are still many deficiencies in the construction anddevelopment of Hanting industrial park. They are mainly in the following aspects: Thedefinition of government functions is vague, and administrative intervention isexcessive.There is contradiction between supply and demand of land resources. The chainof ecological industry is single, It is urgent needful to strengthen energy conservation andenvironmental protection. By further analysis, we found that the main reason for theformation of these problems lies in the shortage of construction funds, the uncoordinationof organization and management structure, the contempt to ecological benefits and otheraspects.Aiming at the construction problems in Hanting modern industrial park, we proposethe following countermeasures in the paper: strengthening the infrastructure facilitiesconstruction in modern industrial park; expliciting functions of the government, integratingmarket and government; clearing the type investment in modern industrial park, increasingrural support efforts to establish a stable interaction, and appling"government-led,business-oriented" management and operation mechanism.Recycling economy provides a fundamental solution to historic conflict between theeconomic development and environmental protection, accord to consistent with sustainabledevelopment concept, and lead to the development of modern industrial park in HantingDistrict. Therefore, the future development of the industrial park in Hanting District shouldbe based on circular economy and industrial ecology; by mimicking natural ecosystems, tobuild the industrial chain, to form closed loop flow between matter and energy, and toachieve zero discharge of waste.
