| The use of land is the survival and development which relates to the Chinesenation, and it also relates to the fundamental interests of the broad masses of thepeople. The level of land use is an important measure of the utilization level. It is animportant factor which is decided to the intensive growth of the countries andregions economy. And the present question is that the overall level of land resourcesin China is poor, and the rate of the land utilization is low. With the passage of time,itmakes people become more and more serious on the conflict between social economicgrowth because of the limited land area and the use of irreversibilitythe. Therefore,measuring intensive degree of land and seeking ways to realize the intensiveutilization of land is the priority in Hanting District.The intensive utilization is a way of using land for the extensive use of land,itcovers many aspects of meaning. First of all, high or super-high building is the firstchoice to save the land resource in the urban construction process. Secondly, weshould improve the degree of the intensive utilization and the unit of output of theland as far as possible.Thirdly, through the land resource reserves and reasonablereplacement, on the basis of following the economical use of land, the land in areasonable manner, improving land utilization. In recent years, it mades great progressin terms of land use in Hanting District. But with the continuous development ofeconomic society, a lot of problems appear gradually emergly in the land use ofhanting area. In this paper,we reference the existing research results the investigation,using the questionnaire method, theory and practice, comparative analysis and othermethods, based on the survey data on Hanting District. Analysis of land intensiveproblems and reasons, put forward the Suggestions to promote land intensiveutilization, so as to plan for the land of Hanting District, and give some reference topromote economic development, etc. |
