Research On The Property Management Mode Of Army Camp

In the third plenary session of the eighteenth, it’s pointed out that the areas of socialization of military logistical support should be expanded. To implement socialized property management in army camp is beneficial. In that way, the expertise of property management in community would be used, and some problems could be solved, which has been existed for long under the control of administrative power. And the working and living level of army could also be raised. But given that the military camp is in the special requirements of security and so on, it’s impossible to implement socialization management fully in the army camp. This paper described the property management modes in Britain, the United States, Singapore, and other countries and Hong Kong, Taiwan and the mainland. As a result, the experiences were summarized for property management in the army camp. This paper analyzed the characteristics of our army camp, supply mode of house, the present situation and existing problems, and built three property management modes which could be used in the army camp. The merits and demerits of three modes were compared, and the selection index system was worked out. Furthermore the overall scheme, organization structure and operation mechanism was mapped out, which was applied to the camps of the writer’s institute on the basis of the questionnaire. Finally some advices were given to improve the property management in these camps.
