The financial management mode of our local government administrative institutions is always an important practical problem. The Decision of CPC Central Committee About Certain Problems of Socialist Market Economy System stipulate that, deepening the department budget, centralized national finance paying, government procurement and income-expenses two line management reform. So for administrative institutions, the research of financial management mode is a certain practical significance.In recent years, financial system reform in four national progresses goes faster. It is an important internal government financial system innovation. The efforts and scope of the reform are tremendous.Correspondingly, it is necessary to further the information of financial management of administrative institutions. In the new fiscal system, through improving the financial management mode innovation, solving the problems existing in the management, the use effectiveness of financial funds can be enhanced, corruption can be prevented. That plays an important role on constructing the harmonious society.This paper selects Shenzhen S administrative institution as the object, research on the financial management mode. Mainly analyses the disadvantage of financial management mode. Mainly discuss how to maintain the original advantage in financial management mode, how to construct relative concentration financial management mode and supporting measuresWish this paper can give some advice for administrative institutions'financial management mode.
