The Research Into The Schedule Management Of Gas Project In Beijing

The issued "Twelve Five" special plan for gas industry points out the direction ofdevelopment in the future, and with the issued PM2.5-related policies, gas industry as cleanenergy provider is facing the development opportunity also. But domestic projectmanagement, especially schedule management of gas projects in current status cannot meetthe booming development prospects.This article starts from the schedule management in current status of the gas projects inBeijing, combining the research in the schedule management of the CORNING gas projectsituated in BDA, then catalogs and reorganizes the existing problems in the schedulemanagement of this project from the angle of case analysis, and searches for the reasons. Thenfollowed with the application of the project schedule management theory and methods,especially of Gantt chart method, suggests the resolutions for these problems, and providesthe reference for the schedule managements of following gas projects in Beijing, in order toservice the development of gas industry better.
