In leisure time, not only the tourism industry is in the upgrading, more andmore tourism complex projects are built.The city commercial complex is also seeking anew development model, and gradually transition to commercial tourism complex,culture, tourism, business are closely linked. With Cultural originality’s promotion, thetransformation rate in the accelerating.The footwear industry of Chengdu has been included in the “three states onecapital”(Wenzhou, Guangzhou, Quanzhou, Chengdu), is also seeking to create a newdevelopment model, and built “Lady Shoe Center of China”.“Lady Shoe Center ofChina” as a key construction project of Chengdu footwear industry, established acomplete industrial chain of shoe, and developed the commercial complex. Then LadyShoe Center of China is looking for new breakthroughs, developing the "industrialtourism",connects the production environment, business environment, and tourismmarketing environment into together.Tourism development as one of brand marketing means of Lady Shoe Center ofChina, also contributed to the development and promotion of Chengdu’s footwearindustry and shoe culture. In this paper,“Lady Shoe Center of China” as the researchobject, its development process is analyzed, the tourism development study is focusedon, the status of tourism development is analyzed. Finally, I proposed recommendationsto improve its tourism development, summarized characteristics of “Lady Shoe Centerof China”.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part described the background oftopic selection, analyzed the significance of this study, and presented innovations.The second part described the tourism complex, commercial complex, shopping travel, and RBD. To summarize their concept, types, and projects, then to be comparedwith Lady Shoe Center of China, and to summarize the characteristics of “Lady ShoeCenter of China” commercial tourist complex, pointing out that this new developmentmodel is in the leading domestic position.The third part studied the background of the formation of Lady Shoe Center ofChina, and introduced its functional orientation.The fourth analyzed the status and problems of tourism development of Lady ShoeCenter of China. Then to excavate the connotations of shoe culture, regional culture,business culture, and industrial culture, described the way to show the landscape.Finally, to put forward to enhance tourism development measures, to analyze sevenaspects about service experience, sightseeing experience, shopping experience, culturalexperience, experience of handicraft skills, leisure experience, culinary experience.Finally,“Lady Shoe Center of China” will be transited from the commercial center fortourism experience center, and to be a tourist destination.
