With the aggravation of global competition, in order to cope with the rapidlychanging market environment, dynamic alliance as a new organization model emergesas the times require. Dynamic alliance couple up the dispersed enterprises in differentareas, nations, and industries based on information technology and communicationnetwork. Which improves enterprise competition ability through the integration ofdecentralized resource advantage. In the knowledge era, knowledge,as a strategicresource, is the key to win and maintain competitive advantage for enterprisealliance,so,knowledge management is the core of dynamic alliance management. Inthe process of dynamic alliance, knowledge activity exits everywhere, cooperativenature between dynamic alliance enterprises is the process of knowledge sharing,knowledge sharing efficiency directly determines the performance of dynamicalliances and competitive ability. However, due to the influence of many factors, thedynamic alliance knowledge sharing within enterprises lack of motivation, whichcause alliance failure and low performance in real life. Therefore, the research onknowledge sharing in dynamic alliance is very important and necessary.This paper reviewed related literature about the dynamic alliance and knowledgesharing, discussed current situation and existing problems. besides, the evolutionarygame model concept, development and model base ware introduced. Secondly,analyzed knowledge sharing characteristics and sharing motivation, obstacles in detail.and then, built the evolutionary game model of dynamic alliance knowledge sharingbased on the evolutionary game theory, found out the relationship between the eachparameter and dynamic alliance knowledge sharing behavior through the analysis ofevolutionary process and stable strategy, and summarized the influencing factors ofdynamic alliance knowledge sharing,which include the knowledge level, sharingdegree, income coefficient, cost, encouragement and punishment. Finally, in order topromote knowledge sharing among dynamic alliance enterprises. We made a concreteanalysis of these influence factors, and put forward management strategies from fouraspects: improve the kmowledge level of alliance enterprises,create a diversifiedincentive mechanism, creat a good environment,and pay attention to knowledgemanagement.Through the above analysis, in economic globalization and marketizationtoday,finding a way to improve sharing initiative, promoting the alliance system go toward the sharing evolutionary stable strategy, playing the biggest role of dynamicalliance organization advantage, to enhance competitiveness of the dynamic allianceare this paper s hope and contribution.
