Study On Land Expropriation Conflict And The Main Factors Affecting The Expropriation Conflict

Nowdays, China is in the process of rapid development about urbanization and industrialization, the rapid economic development has brought the urban landscape look, however, with the development of economic, many new social problems start to appear, one of which is frequent and more intense land conflicts. Land expropriation conflicts bring serious economic and social losses. However, it has not yet found an effective solution to solve the land expropriation conflict and institutionalized means of support systems theory. In actual operation, many high pressure measures have been put into effect. This behavior does not can solve the problems of land expropriation conflicts, but makes further intensification of contradictions, causing land expropriation conflicts.In this paper, land conflict is our research object. Firstly, this paper analyzes natures of the game and stakeholders, and then specifically studys the game equilibrium between farmers and local governments. The research suggests, by reducing the cost of rights, increasing rights gains, and increasing the intensity of punishment when local government facing illegal land acquisition, and so on, we can ease the conflict between the local government and farmers, then can achieve a harmonious society; on this basis, the paper uses the State Research Center research study reform of rural land use policy-landless household survey data, combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, try to find out the key factors affecting the land expropriation conflict. By probit regression the research found that the main factors affecting the land expropriation conflict satisfaction included employment, social security, satisfaction, whether commenced before sending land compensation and farmers in the village of levels.In order to effectively reduce land expropriation conflicts in employment, our government needs take measures to increase investment in rural education, and encourage entrepreneur ship; for social security, we need to establish farmers, collective as well as flexible and varied national co-financing of social security mechanisms; for land compensation before payment, we need take account stored establish compensation and increased compensation and other measures; for the levels for farmers in the village, we need to establish a market mechanism and restraint mechanism as soon as possible.
