The development of manufacturing industry has been one of the key industries in China. With the continuous development of manufacturing industry, the relevant logistics operation has an important influence on the healthy development of the manufacturing industry. In order to better guide the development of the manufacturing and logistics industry, in2009, the National Development And Reform Commission issued’logistics industry adjust and revitalization of planning’, the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics industry as one of the focus on the development of nine projects in China.The development of manufacturing and logistics industry is closely related to the economic development of China, so many scholars and related jobholders are pay attention to it. Many scholars have done a lot of related research about interactive development of manufacturing and logistics industry, such as development mechanism, development mode, the existence question and so on. However the related research are mostly based on theory, Some scholars also points out that the interactive development of manufacturing and logistics industry is beneficial to improve the key competence of manufacturing industry, but not the conclusion make relevant quantitative research. So this paper from the angle of manufacturing key competence, using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the interactive development of manufacturing and logistics industry impact on the key competence of manufacturing industry.Firstly, this paper analyze the current situation of interactive development of manufacturing and logistics industry based on the past related research. Then points out the relationships between interactive development and key competence of manufacturing, the starting point and the importance of this paper.Secondly, this paper defined the interactive development of manufacturing and logistics industry, key competence of manufacturing industry, manufacturing industry, logistics industry. Qualitative analyzed the interactive development impact on key competence of manufacturing, literature reviewed the measure methods of interactive development and key competence. Choose GRY method to measure the interactive development, adopting Yu Chaoqun scholars measurement measured the key competence of manufacturing industry.Using correlation an regression analysis the relationships between interactive development and key competence of manufacturing industry in China. The results indicated that interactive development of manufacturing and logistics impact on manufacturing industry key competence, and the high level of interactive development is helpful to enhance the key competence of manufacturing industry.
