Study On Influence Of Informatization On The Regional Economic Growth

With the development of global Informatization, industrial economy graduallytransformed to information economy, information resources as a production factor,intangible assets and wealth, a deepening of the global industrial division and theadjustment of economic structure, the Informatization has brought profound influenceto the economic development and social progress.Therefore, vigorously promoting theinformatization, strengthening information technology innovation, improve theinformation contribution rate to national economic growth, at the same time, topromote China’s industrial structure adjustment by using the Informatization,especially to the optimization of regional industrial structure, is to enhance the overallcompetitiveness of China and the key to realize the sustainable and healthydevelopment of Chinese economy.This paper from the information, informationindustry and other relevant perspective, describes the relation betweenInformatization and regional economic growth and industrial structure.The secondbased on the2005-2010provincial cross section data, using the spatial econometricanalysis, space exploration to the provincial economic growth data, and by usingspatial econometrics to analysis the Informatization on regional economic growth andindustrial structure, and compares the influence of informatization on the threeindustries.The conclusion of the study shows:(1)Regional economic growth showed positivecorrelation in space. Based on the Moran index,provincial economic growth in Chinahas obvious spatial correlation, and from the local Moran scatter plots, most of theprovinces are located in the first quadrant, the provincial economic growth in Chinaare positive spatial correlation, and most of the provincial economic growth in profitdiffusion zone.(2)Thinking about regional economic spatial correlation,informatization has promoted the regional economic growth and industrial structure,and the promoting effect is strengthening trend.(3)Through comparatively analysis tothe effect of informatization on the three industry, information has a different role indegrees on the three industry, and this effect is still in the state of imbalance, but thiskind of unbalanced force produced very big change,informatization to promote thedifferentiation and reorganization of the industry is mainly concentrated in the secondindustry to the first and three industrial transfer.
