Knowledge Sharing is an area where many different research disciplines have yielded a wide variety of results, but have very limited effect, because of many managers were unable to take action based on these discoveries. In this paper, a larger amount of literature review and expert brainstorm was successfully employed for this study. This paper summarizes knowledge sharing impact factors in 3 dimensions: Organization, People and Technology. At the same time, these impact factors was compared with the key to consulting project, the result show that the two were highly overlapped which suggest they have the same improving targets. This paves the way to introduce knowledge sharing to consulting project's management. Character of consulting Project was also reviewed and knowledge sharing cross model was induced. The team is the core of the model; knowledge sharing and communication take place between team and customer, team and out-resources, team and repository, team and parallel projects, and the interior of the team. Base on the cross model, the activity and process of knowledge sharing in consulting project was analyzed in detail throughout project life cycle, and some key impact factors and activity was presented in 3 dimensions. These key impact factors were then analyzed in Greatewall Strategy Consultants as a case study.Introducing knowledge sharing into consulting project and under the lead of project management, would make the project more success. Knowledge sharing with the entire consulting firm, the whole company could share the fruit of a single project, and this is the basis of consulting firm's competition. The list of impact factors and the key to knowledge sharing summarized in this paper could be used for managers to check if the preparation for knowledge sharing is good enough, and the potential barriers.
