The Research Of Sales Person Performance Management In HM Professional Audio Company

With the advancement of domestic professional audio technology over the last20years， the market has become increasingly competitive. Enterprise management ability and research and development has become increasingly vital for survival.A core component of enterprise management is performance management， which has gained more and more attention. Sales management is particularly special as it directly relates to production and operation activities， which directly affects the enterprise’s survival and development.On the frontline are the Sales personnel. Their amount of effort which they put into their work performance can positively or negatively decide the fate of the enterprise. Therefore the management， development and research of Sales staff performance management cannot go ignored.In this paper， the HM audio company sales staff performance management improvement suggestions are put forward. This paper firstly describes the concepts and topics related theories and methods; then， reviewing the HM audio company development of the companyand business summarization， organizational structure， sales personnel structure.Throughpractical research and interviews， the current situation and problems of the company’s salesperformance management were analyzed. Sales personnel identified the need for improved performance management.After stakeholders conduct analysis based on the Balance Scorecard concept， the company’s sales performance management improvements can be proposed.Finally， this paper presents the main conclusions and outlooks. This paper aims to provide suggestions on improving sales performance managementand has made some references to similar sound enterprises.
