The change has improved the production efficiency of supply chainsand achieved the rational division of labor, strengthen information sharing degreebetween the members of supply chain, so that the total supply chain profit increased.But on the other hand, the complexity of supply chain has easily affected by changesin the external environment.for example, natural disasters, economic crisis, terroristattacks and other uncertain events, supply chain vulnerability has highlighted. Theseuncertain events on the supply chain, supply chain according to the externaluncertainty propagation characteristic, When a uncertainnty affair happened insupplychain node may delay the whole supply chain system and the paralysis. Therefore, tthe supply chain need to change with uncertain according to the characteristics of thechanging external environment change, the ability to improve supply chain riskresistance, to ensure the normal operation of the supply chain.The research of the supply chain contract incentive model under the specificweather, the weather is mainly refers to the snow. As everyone knows, snow weatherwould affected the visibility of road and friction coefficient on the pavement, therebyaffected the supply transport vehicle speed. When the supply and demand sides haveagreed the time, transport vehicles may be delayed because of snow. In a decent-ralized mode, inventory cost and penalty cost of transport vehicles due to arrive earlyor delayed by the supplier is the account of a party. But under the centralized model,the supplier and manufacturer of the supply chain need to maximize. Establish timeuncertain contract incentive mechanism, namely the dep-arture time adjustment ofsnowfall in advance of supplier, if on time the suppliers give manufacturer to reward.(1) According to the different degree of snow to classify snow road, snowweather factors influencing the speed of the vehicle including visibility and road friction coefficient. So, the different snow levels corresponding to different deliverytime. Manufacturers need to delivery time to different snow extent of reasoning,estimated delivery time of vehicles in different degree under the snow.(2) The general model of supply chain establishment of snowfall weather, thesuppliers transport may occur in three situations, arrive early, arrive on time anddelayed arrival. According to the different snowfall, the provisions of this articleeither arrive early or late, suppliers will have the punishment cost. So, only to arriveon time, the supplier yield is the largest.(3) According to the supply chain coordination theory, the above model isimproved, through the incentive mechanism of the supplier in advance, in order toguarantee the punctual arrival. Numerical tests show that, using this model in thesnow weather can make the profit of Supply Chain achieve the Pareto optimality,scientific, effective method is proposed in this paper. |
