In the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment, enterprises are facing more severe challenges and hitherto unknown development opportunity. The enterprise wants to obtain the long-term survival and development, expanding the external market, strengthening the internal management of enterprises, especially the human resources management is an important means to enhance the competition ability of the enterprise.Performance management as the core of enterprise human resources management, has been paid more and more attention. The establishment of a scientific and rational, advanced performance management system, to help employees potential, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees, rational allocation of resources, to help enterprises to maintain and improve the overall efficiency of energy efficiency, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, is of great significance to promote the business strategy goals.In this paper, with reference to the domestic and international scholars relevant research based on the performance management, the theoretical analysis and the empirical study, using interview method, literature method, questionnaire survey method, collects a large number of performance management of related data, in-depth analysis of the current situation of performance management of Sanlian company and the existing problems, and puts forward some possible solutions to these problems. This will help to improve and optimize the Sanlian company performance management system, improve the company’s performance management level and the working efficiency of the employees. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part of the background, significance, content and way of introduction to the research of this paper briefly introduces the research; second part is theoretical, historical development and related concepts, introduces the theory of performance management; the third part introduces the general situation of Sanlian company enterprise general situation, the status of human resource and performance management system; the fourth part introduces the current situation of performance management of Sanlian company, two aspects including the achievements and problems. The analysis of six main problems existing in the performance management of Sanlian company in fifth parts; the problems of optimization performance management strategy of Sanlian company; the last part is the conclusion and outlook, the main conclusions of this paper and the further research work.I am in the enterprise human resources management practice, performance management is very important for the development of enterprises. Through this research, hoping to benefit performance management of Sanlian company. However, in view of the fact that my knowledge structure and writing level is limited, there are still many deficiencies in this paper, the need to explore and consummate constantly in the future study and work.
