The Study Of Optimizing The Management Of Cold Chain Logistics Of Fresh Food On HC Supermarket

With the change of residents’living standard and conception of consumption, and the enhancing force of safety management from our country, the management of the livestock products, fruits and vegetables, cooked food and other kinds of food has gradually played an important role in the market, it has become the main research topics in fresh food management field to transform traditional logistics to modern, build china’s fresh food cold chain platform and make logistics to be a mainstream industry. Up to now, there has been very little research on fresh food cold chain management of chain supermarkets in China. Besides, compared with western developed countries, china’s logistics industry started relatively late. Those two elements make cold chain management inefficient. So tremendous potential of logistics management is far from been completely explored and utilized.With the theory of logistics, economics and operation research, the paper aims to find a way to improve the efficiency of fresh food’s operating activities through the research on fresh food cold chain management. Through the analysis of fresh food’s operational characteristics in HC supermarket, this paper will put forward its optimization advice on restriction factors and existing problems of cold chain management, specifically for its purchasing management, inventory management, distribution management and loss management to construct suitable cold chain management strategy for the development of HC supermarket. At last, It will find out the main factors restricting the development of specific enterprise through empirical analysis of HC supermarket’s cold chain management and confirm the optimization advice which has been mentioned in the above. Hope that this research can provide reference to China’s supermarket chain enterprise for improving fresh food cold chain management level.
