Research On The Social Work Intervention In Employees’ Spiritual And Cultural Life

With the development of market economy，the competition between modern enterprises is becoming more and more intense. And the employee has become the key elements against enterprise competition. The employee as the core of the enterprise, and its importance is self-evident. However, the huge survival pressure cannot make employees meet the spiritual needs. From the micro level, the spirit of lack of demand willaffect the employees’ quality of life, reduce the employee’s work efficiency. Fromthe macroscopic level, different levels of mental problems, affects the entire socialand economic development. Therefore, it is very urgent to intervene the spiritual and cultural life of employees.Taking the breakthrough point as the spiritual and cultural life of employees，usingtechniques of social work to interfere with employees, and based on the analysis of theprocess of social work intervention and intervention effects to explore local enterprise wayof social workers. On the content side, the paper bottoms upon practical experience. Thepaper analyzed the spiritual and cultural needs of employees from the employees’ spiritualand cultural life angles under the perspective of social work. Then this paper take the“dream set sail”as example, introduces the project background, objectives and content. thispaper, through case work and group work method analyze the social work interventioneffect on employees’ spiritual and cultural life, and analyzed the difficulties during theimplementation of the project.Finally,through the project summary to reflect the feasibleway of enterprise social work.
