With the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s integration into the globalmarket. The impacts Chinese enterprises face is from no longer just the domestic peer butthe international counterparts. In this context, change the quality idea, improve the qualitymanagement level and stick to the road of development quality and efficiency are theinevitable alternative of our enterprises for existence.This paper first introduce the developing course of TQM and the basic theory, andthen take C company, which have implemented TQM and achieved the Deming Prizeone of the world’s three major quality award, as a case study. In the case study, the paper,firstly grasp the problems which before C company implement TQM, the secondlyaccording to those problems analyzes the reasons and proposes the countermeasures, thethirdly confirm the effect that after the implementation of TQM. On the basis of the aboveanalysis, according to the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of the authorhimself in C Company, the author carried out the theoretical analysis and summarized theexperience which can be referenced by small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.This paper put forward in the last part is the conclusion, deficiency and prospect.
