Specificities Of Realization Of Total Quality Management On The Case Of Uzbekistan Companies

The study was about Peculiarities of implementation of total quality management on the case of Uzbekistan companies.Theoretical foundation is based on thoughtful literature review aimed to sort out necessary information which became a foundation for further research. Particularly that presents theories concepts and modules, which explained analyzed problem that also includes the guidelines and various types of implementation plans established by the Quality Gurus. Consequently, theoretical part of the paper aimed to reveal basic theories and concepts of Total Quality Management which have found wide application in literature. Specifically, first part is dedicated to better understanding of current state of TQM and application within industries.Second goal introduce basic TQM measurement strategy and specific measures will be achieved by a closer look at analysis of critical success factors of Total Quality Management, i.e. teachings of W. Edwards Deming and Joseph Juran, Crosby, and Ishikawa.Empirical part comprises analysis of Uzbekistan enterprises which implemented TQM in order to improve their activities in the markets based on mainly on company reports collected, formal discussions, interviews, according to chosen model. A special emphasis is placed on the model evaluating performance after implementing TQM, key trends and strategies to improve its operational performance indicators. Main aim of this part of the paper is to understand how TQM reflects on Uzbekistan companies, to differentiate effective models from less ones.
