Research On Risk Management Of MCP Project Of CH CORP

In recent years, a large number of phosphorus chemical industry projects have started. Including six problems of phosphorus chemical industry project investment and construction:Firstly, constraints and limitations of the national industrial policy investment by phosphorus chemical industry project; Secondly, the predetermined target investment exceeds the phosphorus chemical industry project; Thirdly, project risk management awareness; Fourth, project management tools and methods of scientific misconduct;Fifth, risk control measures ineffective implementation;Lastly, because of the risk of project construction process there are more serious problem impacts the project schedule, quality and target. Therefore, how to identify the risk of phosphorus chemical industry construction peoject investment and take effective risk management to control these risks become urgent.The MCP project is a key project to adjust the industrial structure, upgrade the phosphorus chemical industry of CH corp. This paper choose MCP project of CH corp. as object of phosphorus chemical industry project risk management to make the case study.Firstly, CH corp. and MCP project background, risk management solutions and processes are introduced.Combined with the characteristics of MCP project, mainly by the expert investigation method, fault tree analysis is used to identify the risk of MCP project.Through field investigation and measurement, questionnaire (or oral) the whole process of survey on the implementation of the project (from engineering design to the project completion risk classification).Then, using the Delphi (Delphi method) to invest the risk level of risk factors, the risk weight, value has carried on the questionnaire survey on the MCP project, and calculated project risk to obtain risk assessment results are obtained of the MCP project. Last, the study on the formulation of the MCP project the whole process of each stage risk response and control strategy, and the successful experience of MCP project risk management and existing problems are summarized.The research of this paper is to actively explore the research on risk management of phosphorus chemical industry project. The results of this study have a certain reference value for similar phosphorus construction project risk management practice.
