With the full liberalization of China’s financial markets, banking sector increasingly competitive market, commercial banks are aware of the importance of customer resources; have to establish a "customer-centric" business development strategy. Since large state-owned commercial banks provide no difference services to customers in long-term, resulting in some high-quality customer flow to the small commercial banks, in this context, the establishment and actually start practicing the "customer-centric" business philosophy in state-owned commercial banks, but how to conduct effective customer relationship management is still in the initial stage, this paper combined with customer relationship management marketing theory, initially proposed customer relationship management strategy and implementation process of the current problems faced and proposed preliminary settlement recommendations.The first chapter summary the ideas of this article discusses, followed the mainline of identify problems, analyze problems and problem-solving ideas; The second chapter describes the basic theory of customer relationship management, leading the specific ideas of commercial banks to implement customer relationship management; The third chapter raises the status of our large commercial banks to implement customer relationship management, the problems and the difficulties, and conducts a detailed analysis; The fourth chapter presentes the specific coping strategies for the earlier against various difficulties and problems, as well as the specific steps and the application strategy to build customer relationship management, elaborated the blueprint for implementation of customer relationship management, Finally, this paper detailed analysis the practical problems of X branch in the implementation of customer relationship management, and propose the improvement measures and settlement proposals.This paper has certain significance for our large commercial banks to implement customer relationship management, and has important practical reference in establishing customer relationship management systems and enterprise information systems to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
