Business model is referred to as enterprise "strategy of strategy", an appropriate business model is the decisive factor for the success of an enterprise. Successful business models that provide customers with unique value, and cannot be imitated by other enterprises completely. Today in the global financial crisis spreading, if not taken the initiative to seek innovation and change, will not be able to get rid of business shrink, or even be eliminated from the market economy. Particularly in the industry of iron ore, from the effects of rising long-term market, most trading companies agree that sourcing is the only key factors of competition, prompting funds to compete within the industry and resource contention. However, in the context of growing norms of the market economy, in the iron and steel industry to move towards large-scale, intensive today, relying solely on funding and luck is unable to compete in the market. Market leaders are focused on the external environment, to strengthen internal management, and constantly strives to update. Business model transformation is the most thoroughly changes.Firstly, basing on theory research and innovation practice of predecessors, through macro environment, and industry environment, and enterprise environment analysis, this paper found Laite Group China Company current business model of major defects, current business model just acts as a bridge of commodity trade, and had ever made larger success, but cannot adapt to the great changes of market environment, original business model has become constraints of enterprise survival and development; secondly, to international famous of trade group--Japan integrated company for case, focus analysis is the great success and its success of experience in iron ore area, participating the investment of shares, the products multi and composite features of organization is the main causes, for Laite Group China Company, the transformation of business model provides important reference value of examples; Thirdly, basing on relocation of Laite Group China Company strategy, according to trading model, technology means and support environment of changes, this paper developed a relative clear of strategy in the forward business model transformation for Laite Group China Company. The simple role of trade intermediary must be develop to new business model consist of service, information, trade, and logistics; lastly, this paper provided the way to deal with the transformation and the risk avoiding measures that guaranteed business model transformation strategy landing.The innovations of department are:(1) Using PEST tool, and Porter five force model and enterprise resources theory, From the perspective of macroscopic view, middle view and microcosmic view, this paper made an analysis of business environment of Laite Group China Company in a systematic way;(2) This paper has a depth of analysis on the existing business model of Laite Group China Company, and pointed out that Laite Group China Company traditional of business model can no longer adapt to company sustainable development of requirements both within and outside the environment changes;(3)Reference Japan company of success experience, this paper designed strategy for transformation of the business model-"4bridge" model.The research conclusions is:first, Laite company business model can no longer support sustainable development of requirements, business model transformation is inevitable; Second, through success transformation, the company can achieve development of long-term effectiveness; Last, Laite Company original of business model only is acts as a bridge of international trade, future transformation of direction is a new business model "four in one"composed of service, information, trade, and logistics.
