Since the1980s, the development of the chinese insurance industry has experienced three stages:exclusive monopoly, oligopoly and monopolistic competition. And during these stages, the premium volume grew rapidly, the insurance body continued increasing, and the market competition became more fierce. In this context, for the exist and the development of these new large and medium-sized insurance companies, we get more challenges, and we should focus on reorganizing the structures and recreating the models to realize the continuable development of these insurance companies.The design of organizational structure is an important issue in the management control of the insurance company, which determined the efficiency of the operation and management of the insurance company. For get rid of a variety of difficulties in the development, and promote the process of globalization, overseas financial enterprises learned lessons from years of operation, and adjust the organizational restructuring. In view of strategic development, some internal insurance companies completed a series of reforms, in order to promoting effectively and selling effectively, and manage and control operational risk, while controlling costs, resource integration, the ability to sustained profitability.Based on theory analysis, the paper analyse the financial industry at home and abroad, especially the organizational structure of insurance companies trends and the effectiveness of the construction and reform. In this paper, comprehend the principle, significance and impact factors of organizational structure construction correct, by the study of the theory of organizational structure.According sharing service theory, Ping An of China, for example, through peace operations centralized management model reform, the success stories of the backup center building analysis, fully demonstrated the pattern in the insurance industry scale operation process, reduce costs, control risks, improve the level of service excellence.
