As the globalization of economics and the improvement of socialism market economy, China Market is the one of the fastest growing market. China is absorbing the global sight; because of its low cost and big potential consume market. COLEFAX Company is the one of these companies.This paper aims to COLEFAX Company and analyses its sales channel model in China. The paper also analyses the theory of developing and managing sales channel. The author tries to analyse and introduce the indexs of distributor selection and evaluation system of current situation. And finaly, the author builds a complete and suitable system for distributor slection, evaluation and promotion. Then, the author analyses the potential distributors of COLEFAX CHINA Company baesd on the tools of the standard system and makes the decision which one will become the formal distributor. The author also introduce how to use the promotion system for different level distributors to get the greatest achievement of the members of the sales channel.
