The Evaluation Study On The Investment Value Of EMC Listed Companies Based On Factor Analysis

Along with the industrialization and urbanization process speeding up and the consumption structure upgrading,Energy demand and consumption of China have been growing rapidly. Also, restricted by resource security and environmental capacity, it has become an increasingly a serious problem that the economic and social development of our country are confronted with the resources and environment constraints. Nowadays, the tight stage of electricity and oil has alarmed the clock of energy safety. How to alleviate the resources and environment pressure, to cope with global climate change, to transform economical development mode and to build a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society has become an important problem to our country. Therefore, our country has established a series of policies and regulations to energy-saving and ejection-decreasing. Meanwhile, a new type of energy-saving mechanism has drawn government’s attention-EMC, under the support of national policy, with the great efforts of government and related enterprises, EMC industry has achieved rapid development in recent years.With the continuous development of EMC industry, many investors pay attention to EMC listed companies on the securities market. But how to correctly assess the investment value of EMC listed companies is one of issues which the investors are concerned about most. In this article, Investment value refers to the intrinsic value of listed companies’financial statements. In this paper, after the author analyzing EMC listed companies, a comprehensive investment value of the EMC listed companies in China is shown to us.Firstly, this thesis is to review the two schools of researching the investment value of listed companies, summarize the relevant research at home and abroad, and analyze and discuss the concepts, factors EMC industry.Then, based on this, combining with development status and future prospects of the EMC industry, from the three aspects of nine financial indicators on company’s assets and liabilities, business and development, earnings and profitability,this paper uses factor analysis method to construct the investment value evaluation system,adopt SPSS20software to analyze20EMC listed companies in2011, China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen securities market.According to all the above, this paper concludes the comprehensive investment value of the results:the top three industry variable frequency equipment, lighting system, air-conditioning equipment, the same as the development trend of EMC industry in foreign countries.This thesis is believed to provide some meaningful recommendations to investors and EMC listed companies.
