Study On The Analysis System Of Investment Value Of Listed Companies

At present, considering the situation of research on stock value, most of investigators still put attention to study listed companies’ performance by financial analysis model, which is made up of factor analysis or cluster analysis. Researches focused on financial indicators or performance, is helpful to know the intrinsic value of the listing Corporation. However, such analysis often ignored national macroeconomic and industry’s development trend, ultimately affect the accuracy of the results. In order to make the stock investors to make the right investment decision, this paper establishes a value analysis system of listing Corporation, which is comprised of fundamental analysis system and financial evaluation system. This paper establishes the index of fundamental analysis by PEST model, five forces model and7S model. Then this paper makes use of matrixes of internal and external environment evaluation to establish a fundamental evaluation model, which is very useful for evaluating the situation of listing Corporation. Then, this paper establishes evaluation method of listing Corporation financial index model by using factor analysis. Using this evaluation method, investors would screen the suitable investment stock. In order to find the way to screen the reasonable price interval of high quality stocks, this paper makes use of new P/E Ratio and P/B Ratio to establish a new computational model of share price.
