Research On The Construction Of CSI 360 Index

The capital market of our country starts late.Compared with the foreign advanced index,the index of our country has more or less problems.They can not reflect the real ups and downs of the stock market in our country.This article fully considers the financial situation of the company.In this paper,the author introduces the three indicators of performance,scale and liquidity,using the principal component analysis model and factor analysis model to evaluate the stock of the company.Then according to the industry market capitalization accounted for A shares of the total market capitalization ratio,we assign the samples.Considering all aspects of balance,this paper selected 360 sample stocks.Then we draw on the preparation method of the Dow Jones industrial index to make the CSI 360 index.Finally,we conduct representations,ups and downs,and risk and return validation.The results show that the selected sample has good representativeness,they can better reflect the change of A stock market compared to the CSI 300 index.
