From the initial call to the multimedia mobile phone, communicationtechnologies and products services generation after generation reproduction inChina. A variety of service brands, lower communication charges, all aspects of thedata, witness the Chinese mobile communications industry which has made leapsand bounds. Communications products become an indispensable tool in our dailylife, the internet and high-speed information provide convenient and effic ient life.The dependence of communication is increasing. This paper discusses the effects ofmobile communication users’ diffusion and behavior on revenue. This not onlyhelps maximize communication operators to benefit and enhance their corecompetitiveness in practical applications, but also has great significance for thedevelopment of the communications industry in Heilongjiang province.This paper first introduces the background, significance and research status ofcommunication, based on the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad todiscuss the current problems to be studied. Secondly, from the perspective ofcorporate income, this paper comprehensive researches the user’s diffusion andcorporate income and establishes relevant model to describe the relationshipbetween the spread of the user with income. By comparing commonly diffus ionmodel find that Bass diffusion model is more suitable for the situatio n of the mobilephone number of the user. Then, on the basis of overall industry revenue impact ofusers, study different operators’ user diffusion how to impact revenue of the mobilecommunications industry. This paper analysis the probability of different operators’proliferation to establish user diffusion model and revenue model to analyze theimpact of mobile users to income and make recommendations to operators. Finally,the study discusses the impact of mobile communication users’ behavior on revenue.Establishing a model of empirical data fitting choice for the user behavior andanalyzing the impact of different user behavior on revenue.This study finds that the diffusion of mobile communication users at this stageis mainly influenced by external factors. For different operators, China Mobileusers have a steady income growth with a larger scale. China Unicom’s low-endconsumers are more but customer loyalty is not high. China Telecom users are thesmallest, but majority of them are high-end consumers. User behavior, voice andGPRS promote the flow rate of income, but the message on income is inhib ition.Operators need to increase revenue to promote the development of differentdevelopment strategies.
