With the rapid development of military enterprises, the existing humanresources management system can not adapt to the pace of development of theenterprise, and even become a factor in the development of enterprise s. Based onthe incentive mechanism in CASIC as the research object, the management status,management system and human resources management present situation carrieson the discussion and the research, seeks to use advanced incentive mechanism toimprove the enthusiasm of the staff of the institute. Based on the theory ofhuman resource management, the use of advanced management experience, toaerospace enterprise and human resource and knowledge capital as the center ofthe economy as the background, in the space of hospitals as the research object,discusses the development strategy of guidance to CASIC is.This paper discusses the development and basic theory of this paper relateddomestic background, incentive mechanism, incentive factors on the concept,content, methods and make the analysis and definition, and selectivity, the paperwill use the three part of the contents of the incentive mechanism, whichconstitute the theoretical basis of the incentive mechanism of casic. The secondpart is to analyze the CASIC management status, organizational structure andhuman resources, a detailed analysis of the existing incentive mechanism, andpoints out its exposed in the operation process of the shortcomings anddeficiencies, the third part based on the two part of the study, combined with theactual needs, the design of incentive mechanism for the space of hospitals theproposed incentive, as a supplement to spiritual incentive incentive system inorder to pay. The fourth part is the implementation of security measures forincentive mechanism design, through the effective implementation of thesemeasures, provide a realistic basis for the incentive mechanism of the improvedimplementation in CASIC success.
