With the acceleration of global economic integration, the market competition is more and more fierce, many enterprises are facing tremendous pressure and threat of market competition at home and abroad, how to occupy a seat in the increasingly fierce market competition environment, every business needs to think and solve problems urgently. In order to survive and win development, some enterprises go through reducing production costs, get the lowest price competitive products in an attempt to overwhelm the competition by means of price, but it often leads to a price war, resulting in a lose-lose, vicious cycle of the situation in this way, it is not conducive to long-term development of enterprises. Other companies adopt methods to improve product quality, achieve quality leading edge in terms of quality and world class products to become the leader. On the one hand,with the improvement of people’s material level, customers are more concerned about the quality of the product and its additional features, and dependent on the quality is much greater than the price; On the other hand, governments strictly monitor of product quality because of quality problems caused harm to people. Based on the above factors, our businesses cite the advanced quality management system and quality control tools for product quality control, the product reject rate to a minimum. Statistical Process Control techniques is in one of the most important and particularly effective waySPC are commonly used by large enterprises at home and abroad quality control tool, using SPC to monitor of the production process, on the one hand, it can prevent of waste generation, to ensure product quality; on the other hand, it can reduce production and quality costs, to achieve the dual competitive price and quality advantage.The specific content of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduce the research background, purpose, significance, research methods and research. The second part is a literature review of relevant literature through the study, the paper control charts and process capability from both home and abroad study specifically addressed the SPC, good theoretical preparation for the empirical study below. The third part is the empirical study, first determine the object of study is the roughness of the flange products, the influence of the roughness factor theory and flange products exist from the human, machine, material, method, measure, analyze the main tool question; secondly roughness data collection, mapping mean-range control chart to monitor the production process, abnormal movements and analyze key processes leading to abnormal fluctuations point to determine the range of critical process parameters are reasonable, and further evaluation of the production process capability index is calculated processing capacity of the process; finally develop improvement measures for abnormal reasons, re-collect data and draw control charts, process capability indices are calculated to verify the effect of the improved. The fourth part is fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, from the economy, the level of process control, improve the quality of staff in the three aspects of the SPC Z implementation effect of the company’s comprehensive evaluation.
