The front-line employees, serving the customers directly, are a bridge betweenhotels and customers. However, with the diversification and individuation of thecustomer demands, the changes of social public opinions to the hotel practitioners andthe increasing work stress, it leads to many problems such as low job security,increased rate of turnover and reduced work performance, which restrict thepromotion of the hotel service quality and the development of business management.The existing researches of hotel staff occupational safety mainly focused on theoccupational physiological security, but only scattered studies assessed on theintegrated research of the physiological and psychological security. This studydiscussed the impact of physiological and psychological occupational safety on theturnover intention and the job performance of the front-line employees.On the basis of the existing theories and related literatures,351front-lineemployees of high star hotel in Fuzhou, Xiamen, and Quanzhou of Fujian provincewere investigated using questionnaire. Then statistical analyzed the data throughSPASS20.0and obtained the followed conclusions:1. Significant differences occurred in the parts of demographic characteristics ofthe occupational physiological safety condition, occupational security, turnoverintention and job performance of the front-line employees.2. Remarkable positive correlation presented in the front-line employees betweenthe occupational physiological safety condition and the occupational security, securityof job executing, security of salary promotion and security of orderly competition.3. Turnover intention of front-line employees has negative correlation with theoccupational physiological safety condition, security of job executing and security ofsalary promotion, and has positive correlation with the security of work duration.4. Job performance has significant positive correlation with the occupationalphysiological safety condition, occupational security, security of job executing,security of salary promotion and security of orderly competition.5. It has remarkable positive impact of the occupational security, security of job executing, security of salary promotion, security of orderly competition and securityof interpersonal relationship on the occupational physiological safety condition.6. Turnover intention is negative influenced by the occupational physiologicalsafety condition, occupational security, security of job executing and security ofsalary promotion, and positive influenced by the security of work duration.7. It has notable positive influence of the occupational physiological safetycondition, occupational security, security of job executing, security of salarypromotion and security of orderly competition on the job performance of thefront-line employees.
