The losing of employees is always an important subject in management of corporation. Research on which factor can affect the turnover Intention and how it works is always paid special attention in industrial psychology. In China, the research on knowledge workers in hi-tech enterprises is not so much as teachers, nurses and common employees. This research is mainly about these factors which can affect the turnover. There are many differences between the knowledge workers and common workers, since the former's work needs more professional knowledge. Considered these differences and the needs of management in corporation, we mainly inquire into the psychological contract, occupational commitment and organizational commitment. These variables have been abundantly studied and formed a preliminary model before, but it's about common workers. We will try to find the relationship among knowledge.The research is mainly about knowledge workers in hi-tech corporation in Shandong province. First, we find out all the impossible factors which may affect the turnover. Then we choose psychological contract as the main variable. After that, we put occupational commitment and organizational commitment into the model, and analysis the moderating effect in this effect.Through analysis of the knowledge workers of hi-tech corporation in Shandong province, the conclusions were as follows:(1) The turnover intention and psychology are significantly different on some of the demographic variables. These demographic variables include gender, age, marital status and so on.(2) There is a significant negative correlation between the psychological contact and turnover of knowledge workers.(3) Organizational commitment has a moderating effect between the psychological contact and turnover of knowledge workers.(4) Occupational commitment has a moderating effect between the psychological contact and turnover of knowledge workers.
