Optimization And Efficiency Evaluation On The Laboratory Quality Management System Of ZhongTai Enterprise

High quality products can make the enterprises open up the market and stand firm, guarantee competitive advantage and sustainable development. With the development of quality management and quality, many enterprises gradually establish the quality consciousness, and more and more enterprises have established quality management system (QMS&CQC). In this paper, I studied the laboratory quality management system of Zhongtai Enterprise using the principles of quality management, which is based on the process quality control and the IS09000 system standard. I analysed both its advantages and disadvantages, diagnosed and improved the system. In the end, we also improved and evaluated the new quality management system, and the main results are listed as following:Firstly, the laboratory management system of Zhongtai Enterprise has implemented the target management, established the quality management on the base of the process and the quality management. But I discovered the laboratory quality target and performance management of technic are not perfect in the process of running. The main problem of which is the lack of data analysis. The low efficiency of laboratory information management;Secondly, aiming at the problems above, I mainly optimize four aspects to improve the target optimization, organization optimization, data analysis optimization and information optimization. The target optimization focused on objective management to establish the quality management on the base of the process and the quality management. The organization optimization is to make the laboratory architecture optimize and improve the quality target and the technician performance management, which is mainly through the laboratory monitor election as a director, perfecting the laboratory department quality objectives and formulating laboratory technician performance appraisal rules strictly. Data analysis used SPC (statistical process control) technology. Information optimization is to build the laboratory information management system and introduced the sample management system (SM) to do the sample management, analysed management, left management, report statistics and performance management.And thirdly, according to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the quality management system effectiveness. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model showed that the quality management system in Zhongtai Enterprise was scientific and effective. The test results were accurate and reliable. The evaluation results can be used as the input data to do the self evaluation, internal audit and management review in the laboratory quality management system, which can make the quality management system of Zhongtai Enterprise further optimization, continuing providing the base of theoretical and data improvements.The article analyzed and solved the problems of laboratory quality management system in Zhongtai chemical Enterprises. The new laboratory quality management system can control the quality of the products from several aspects, enhance the working efficiency of the employees, improve the level of experiment and promote enterprise production. The management system can provide the certain references to other chemical enterprises laboratory on quality management optimization.
