| With the constant innovation of science and technology, talents have become themost important strategic resources of the high and new technology enterprise.Excellent talents are of good acceleration in enhancing the technology innovationability and promoting the core competitiveness of the enterprise. In recent years, thehigh and new tech enterprises have explored the method of cultivation andmanagement talents actively, while performance management was more important anddifficult in managing the talents. Therefore, this thesis, combing with thecharacteristics of high and new technology enterprises, building a scientific,reasonable and high pertinence staff performance appraisal system for high and newtechnology enterprise, are of great theoretical and practical significance.The writer had referenced a large amount of relevant literature, and then analyzedthe characteristics of high and new technology enterprise and employees based on thetheoretical research of performance assessment. The writer find out the main problemsexisting in the staff performance appraisal based on the status quo analysis of the highand new technology enterprise staff performance evaluation. To solve these problems,this thesis introduces the idea that combined the target management by objectives andthe balanced score card with key performance indicators, and then formulates anemployee performance evaluation method for the high and new technology enterprise.Through the use of new appraisal method,this thesis accomplishes the performanceevaluation indicator system, ascertains the weight and performance standards. Finally,this thesis puts forward a method to test the validity of performance appraisal,constructs a staff performance appraisal system for the high and new technologyenterprise.In the end of this thesis, the writer takes Wanshan Company for example,diagnoses the current performance evaluation system of the company, and formulates aset of staff performance appraisal system according with the characteristics of Wanshan Company. The practice proved that the theoretical methods proposed in thisthesis are of great operability and practicability. The thesis expects to provide somereference in theoretical and practical by means of constructing a set of employeeperformance appraisal system which is scientific, rational and targeted for the high-tech enterprise. |
