Since the1990s, along with the advancement of regional electric power marketconstruction, regional electric power market gradually formed, the marketing environment hasbeen greatly changed. Today in the21st Centry of fast development of China’s powerindustry a major reform in Chinese electric power industry is facing historicopportunities.The power grid construction has been changed greatly through upgrading ruralpower grid of Haixi power supply company of Qinghai electric power company; Chaidamutransformer substation of Tibet750kv/+400kv AC/DC grid project has been built and putinto operation by the end of2011; the second channel engineering construction of750kvnorthwest xinjiang grid has been started; Solar energy and wind power industry has beendeveloped rapidly.To the power supply company of Haixi, as an enterprise of supplying the energysecurity in haixi, it is facing the huge power grid management risk and great marketingpressure caused by rapid development of power load.The problems of continuing to expand the market and occupy the target market haveprominent increased during the rapid development in power grid and the the managementpattern of change.This paper elaborates the selected topic background and significance of thesis, analyzesthe research status of domestic and abroad electric power marketing, the related theory ofpower supply enterprise marketing strategy is been elaborated, through the analyzing thepresent situation and the market marketing environment of Haixi Electric Supply Company, amarketing strategy is made from six aspects of product strategy, differentiation strategy, brandstrategy, promotion strategy and service marketing strategy, and a corresponding evaluationsystem of the quality of power supply company marketing work has established, at the sametime, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the relevant marketing strategy, asafeguard measures of power supply company marketing strategy is proposed with fiveaspects of the system, system construction and human resources to meet the electricitycustomer’s need for electric power products and corresponding services, so as to realize thefundamental goal of Haixi power supply company which constantly excavate potential market and expand the existing market, to expand market share of energy consumption.
