| With people and industrial production’s rely on electronic products constantly increasing,electronic product updates faster, thus, quantity and type of waste electronic products has in-creased dramatically. At the same time, the earth’s resources contradictions between supplyand demand stick out increasingly, and the waste increasingly serious damage to the environ-ment is seriously increasing. All these lead to consideration of resources recycling which isincreasingly important. In addition, reusing of the waste contains a huge social and economicbenefits.Study of the organization governance mode for waste electronic product can effectivelyimprove the efficiency of governance, thus improve the efficiency of waste electronic prod-ucts recovery and reusing, and reduce the cost of recovery and reusing, at the same time, im-prove profitability, and bring profits to the electronic production enterprises. It will also pro-mote the improvement of the ecological environment in our country and the steady and rapiddevelopment of social economy.So study of the organization management mode for waste electronic product is of vitalimportance. This article research the organization governance mode for waste electronicproduct from the following aspects:First of all, I will introduce the significance of this topic, the research status at home andabroad, the main research ideas, methods, contents and possible innovation, etc., and the re-lated theories are introduced.Second, I will give the traditional organization governance mode for waste electronicproduct and the event-driven contractual organization governance mode, and expounds theconcept, principle, and advantages and disadvantages of the organization governance model.Then, based on waste electronic product recovery and reusing processes, I use the mixedinteger linear programming method, respectively to build the market organization governancemode, the bureaucracy organization governance mode and the event-driven contractual or-ganization governance mode for waste electronic product.Finally, by introducing an example, I use LINGO software to solving three kinds of solu-tion, and analyze the results, verify the theoretical conjecture, prove that, compared with othertwo kinds of traditional organization governance mode, the event-driven contractual organiza-tion governance for waste electronic product has obvious advantages.In summary, we get the conclusion:(1) for the same variety, the same quality and the same batch number of waste electronic product’s recovery and reusing, the event-driven con-tractual organization governance mode has the minimum total cost of operation.(2)with theincrease of recovery and reusing batch, the event-driven contractual organization governancemode has more obvious advantage in fulfilling the goals. |
